Terms and Conditions – Khalid Style

Welcome to Khalid Style (khalidstyle.com). These Terms and Conditions apply when you use our website or place an order with us. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us
Khalid Style is a Bahrain-based retailer of eyewear, watches, bags, caps, scarves, and accessories. We have served customers since 2006, with branches in Riffa, Al Budaiya, Madinat Hamad, and Dragon City Bahrain (Diyar Al Muharraq).

2. Products and Pricing
We try to show product colors, sizes, and details as accurately as we can. Actual colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Prices are shown in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Products are subject to availability. If an item turns out to be out of stock after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or cancel any order, including when there is a pricing error, a stock problem, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment
All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Your order ships only after payment is confirmed, unless you choose Cash on Delivery where it is available.

5. Shipping
We ship to all GCC countries. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after the order is dispatched. Delays may happen because of customs, holidays, or courier issues outside our control. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

6. Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order only if the item has a manufacturing defect or does not match its description, and is in its original condition with no damage. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, belongs to Khalid Style or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Khalid Style is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. Privacy
We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page.
