Return & Refund Policy – Khalid Style

1. When can I return an item?
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- The item does not match the description shown on our website.

2. Return period
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Item condition
The item must be in its original condition, with no damage, misuse, or alteration, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

4. Items that cannot be returned
Items that have no manufacturing defect and match their description cannot be returned (for example, a change of mind). Items damaged by misuse are also not eligible.

5. How to request a return

6. Refunds and replacements
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and approve the return, we will offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
