You can replace or return products within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product within the Kingdom only.

• Products intended for return or replacement must be in their original condition, without removing the product information card attached or the stickers on the products, and must be wrapped in the original packaging and unused.

• The customer is not responsible for shipping costs in the following cases for replacement or return:

1. The customer receives a product different from what was ordered.
2. Damage to the product due to shipping company error.
3. The product is damaged for any other reason.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs amounting to (29) Riyals in the following cases for replacement or return:

1. The customer chooses a product different from the one they wanted.
2. The product is no longer suitable for them.
